1. Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special offers

  • Customized or made-to-order products

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment or any other method communicated at the time of approval.

  • Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet return standards.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only in cases where you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

4. Shipping Returns

VIBESOLE SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any delay or failure in processing returns or refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, logistics disruptions, or payment gateway failures.
